Refunds, changes and booking conditions

If there are more than 48 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee, and the remainder of the ticket price paid will be refunded. If there are less than 48 hours to departure, the full ticket price will be retained as a cancellation fee. If there are more than 48 hours before departure, the costs of changes such as. change of cruise date, 50% of the ticket price will be charged.

If you want to return or exchange products, please contact the online shop first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and account number with your return for a possible refund.

The shipping company reserves the right to make changes to timetables and prices. The carrier is not responsible for delays, interrupting services, or missed connections. If the number of passengers on a scheduled cruise is less than 10 adult passengers, the carrier has the right to cancel the cruise.

Ordering

The products you want to order are selected on the website by adding them to your shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of delivery, the prices of the products, and any delivery charges. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will show the products ordered and the price.

Payment

The payment service provider for the e-commerce is Nordea Bank Oyj, business ID 2858394-9, which is responsible for receiving, processing and forwarding the payment transaction.
The online shop offers Visa and MasterCard card payment options,
online bank payments (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske, Bank, Oma SP, S-Pankki,
Ålandsbanken, Säästöpankki Handelsbanken, Aktia, POP Bank), MobilePay and Apple Pay. Card payments will be debited immediately upon approval of the payment. All products and services sold online include VAT.

Shop

A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Delivery

1. The purchase is made online. Tickets will only be sent by email in PDF format.
2. After payment, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation and PDF tickets. If you do not find any messages in your email after a successful payment, please also check your trash folder and any other automatic sorting folders.
3. Prepare to open the PDF ticket in question on arrival. THE ORDER CONFIRMATION CAN ALSO BE USED AS A TICKET. 4. If you do not receive your ticket by email after successful payment, please contact info@saimaanristeilyt.fi

Cancellation, liability and complaints

Before the delivery of the order, the order can be canceled by written notice by e-mail.
The online shop is legally liable for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact the customer service of our online shop. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
